it's about tome you joined! ;-) just in time perhaps??? as i think i may be letting meetup 'close down the meetup' as i have not been, as you so kindly state, an amazing leader.
tried several 'meet-and-greets' in march, april - no luck, although many members! and by May i was too busy, kinda' forgot !
soooo - might you have time to take over the leadership? i will send out an appeal to all members now to see if it can be saved - let me know your ideas -

Hi, Catherine. Google says 2 hrs to the site from New Haven via 84 or 95. Can you make it to New Haven (Union Station works for me), or do you want me to head your way to pick you up? We should probably leave the station by 6:30 to give you plenty of time to get to your race. What do you think?

I signed up for the 10:30 as our fearless leader picked that time and I knew it might take 2 hrs to drive there.
Definitely interested in the carpool. I would think we could change registrations if necessary during the next few days...
