Hey Shannon,
We are having our membership meeting tomorrow night. If you would like to come and recomend a fundraiser or some idea to help out the tornado victims, we would be happy to give you support. Myself and a few Jaycees are going to Habitat for Humanity this Saturday if you are available. Let me know if you need details or directions or have any questions. Thanks.

Hi Shannon! So the word is out about us, eh? At least it's good things, so we can't complain about that, right?! Thanks for looking us up & I hope we can make connections at one of our upcoming events!
Hey Shannon....Grea
t to see you here. Hope to meet you someday!
Hi Shannon, it stands for Appalachian Mountain Club. They are an outstanding organization, They do a lot of conservation work, maintain the legendary Appalachian trail that runs through CT . They are also into cycling , among other things. There is a membership fee to join them, but the rides in Manchester are free to visitors, with the hopes that you'll fall in love in with them and join. Hiking, BTW, is great cross-training.![]()

Shannon, where are the runs lately?
Hi Shannon. Love the photo. I just ran The Boston Marathon in April.
My pace is about 10 minutes a mile for anything over 10 miles. But I like to mix it up. I'm not training for one specific event but when I'm ready to run a marathon I will just pick a location somewhere.
Welcome Shannon. Hope you can come ride soon.
Hi Shannon, you're right, it wasn't much of a run but I didn't mind because I was running with a friend who is just getting into running and it was more than enough for him! I was surprised at how many people showed up, but then I guess the promise of cold beer at the end of a run is very appealing .... and McLaddens is a nice addition to WH center!! We will have to meet up at the next event.
did you win this marathon?
